Squadron Provided O-Rides to Steele HS AFJROTC Cadets

In December, our squadron pilots provided orientation rides in the squadron's Cessna 172 to AFJROTC Cadets from Steele high school in Cibilo, TX. According to Michael Hinsch, LtCol, USAF (retired), TX-20064 Senior Airspace Science Instructor, "In December we had 6 fly days scheduled but cancelled 3 for weather.  We flew 18 cadets on the days that flew.  We normally fly between 40-60 cadets annually with CAP. The cadets love the interaction with the CAP members and the flight experience.  Most of them take videos and post them on Instagram and snapchat and talk about it for days."
